to a Miniature Lebanon that Preserves Our Nature, Our Memory, and Our Identity

For several years, Elie Ahwash, Anthony Rahayel and Marc Beyrouthy have carried one mission: 

To protect Lebanon’s natural heritage - its plants, its seeds, its aromas, its ancient wisdom, and the village life that once defined us. 

What started as “Meshwar bel Wadi” - a simple journey discovering the hidden beauty of Lebanon, has now grown into something historic… 

The Made By Nature Project 

A living, breathing Model Lebanese Village and miniature Lebanon, built to preserve everything our country is losing. 

This project will become: 

Lebanon’s First National Botanical Garden 

A scientifically curated sanctuary collecting, cataloguing, and protecting Lebanon’s endangered and medicinal plants, many of which are disappearing from the land. 

A Model Lebanese Village 

A reconstruction of the authentic rural life we grew up with… traditional houses, culinary traditions, agricultural heritage, and the wisdom of our elders. 

A Miniature Lebanon 

A space where every visitor - child or adult -  can walk through all regions of the country in one place, experiencing their nature, scents, plants, and history. 

An Educational & Cultural Center 

A place for schools, universities, families, and tourists to learn about: biodiversity medicinal plants sustainable agriculture the origins of Lebanese culinary traditions ecological preservation 

A Community Revival Project 

Supporting farmers, preserving seeds, protecting heritage crops, and creating new rural jobs. 

Why We Are Asking for Your Help 

Lebanon’s natural heritage is disappearing. Plants are going extinct. Villages are emptying. Knowledge held by grandparents is fading. 

This project is urgent and the first steps require funding for land preparation, a protected nursery, scientific cataloguing, and foundational infrastructure. Your contribution - small or large - directly helps us: 

• secure & prepare the land 
• build the first protected greenhouses 
  
• begin the national seed bank document and catalogue Lebanon’s flora 
• create the first educational paths for children
