Hello friends,
A few friends are setting up this fundraising GoFundMe to help Jacqueline Bussie to deal with emergency expenses that she has incurred due to the untimely death of her husband, Matt Myers, at the age of 52. You may have heard that Matt suffered a heart attack and died while they were on a beautiful guided walk in Iceland. Not only has Matt's totally unexpected death been devastating for Jacqueline, she has also had to struggle with the unexpected, uninsured, and complicated medical and legal costs incurred by a death abroad. As a result, we are seeking to help our friend deal with what we are calling the "Matt Myers Memorial Fund." Thank you for your help. Any gifts in excess of those costs will be donated to ELCA World Hunger, the primary charity Matt designated in his will.
