My sister Dairyn, is a domestic violence survivor. As hard as it is to share her story, she has silently spent several years fearing her husband due to intimidation, harassment, and physical violence. She seeks financial assistance as she goes through a painful divorce, the jeopardy of her status, and the trauma of going through the court system to defend herself against her abuser.
