Justice for Jack

Veronica and her family have done nothing but provide love and care for Jack since the day he was born. We are asking for your help to cover legal fees that challenge the petition submitted by Jack’s biological father.

You all know what a sweet, happy, silly 12-year-old boy Jack is and that his mom would move mountains to provide the best life for him. As a mom to a child with special needs, we are always worried about having enough time in our day to spend with our kids, working multiple jobs to provide for their needs financially, and making sure that everything in their life remains within reach. The thing we don’t plan for is when someone wants to question the worth of our kids.

This is what our friend Veronica is dealing with. Jack’s biological father believes that $400/month and covering 50% of his medical bills is too much. His biological father's financial support during Jack’s life has been grossly inadequate. Veronica received a petition to review the current child support orders. Veronica has never asked to receive more than what the court has determined fair. She needs our help to cover the legal fees to fight the petition and give Jack a voice.
