Mental health Awareness.

I'm raising awareness and money for Anxiety and Depression and to donate it between evolve mental health group and Relate Counselling they are the people that helped me over come everything.

Now in the last 2 years I suffered massive depression.

I was assaulted outside my home and stabbed and left for dead in a ditch.

Then soon after because of faults of my own I was publicly attacked on social media that left me been harassed with threats on my life and home. My van and car had been damaged.

Then not long after my ex girlfriend left me. Again my fault.

I also had a massive drinking problem.

I was struggling. I hated myself. I pushed people away. Friend's, family literally everyone.

I then reached out to Relate counselling Hull and was given instant psychological help.

I stopped drinking aswell and then taken up running.

Since then iv lost 4 stone.

Iv started a relationship psychology course. 

Then moving onto child psychology.

I raised over £2740 for Andys man club for running over 9 hours from York to Hull over 45 miles.

Never before have I done anything like this.

So now.. my next big CHALLENGE is on Saturday the 26th of feb 2022

Starting at 730 in Robin hoods Bay to hull and running a WHOPPING 70.2+ miles in one day again.

I really hope I can get all your support on this and as many shares as befor.
