On Friday, May 16, Frankie was riding his bicycle home from school when his brakes failed. He was unable to stop in time and collided with a school bus in the intersection. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was taken immediately to Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

Frankie suffered a skull fracture, orbital fracture, a deep facial laceration with nerve damage, a broken arm, an injured leg, and has a brain bleed. He has a long journey to recovery that will involve hospitalization, surgeries, and physical therapy.

I am raising funds to help his mother, Tanya, pay his growing medical bills as well as cover lost wages while she is at his bedside, and gas and food costs. Any donation amount will help Frankie and his family during this difficult time.
