Hello everyone❣️ Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to read about my fundraiser. If you haven't heard the news already, my fiance (Michael McPeak) is currently in the hospital for emergency dialysis from stage 5 kidney failure. He had to have a permacath inserted for this process.

• A Permacath insertion is the placement of a special IV line into the blood vessel in your neck or upper chest just under the collarbone. This type of catheter is used for short-term dialysis treatment.

Once his doctor finds him placement at a dialysis center, he will be able to come home and start a normal routine that consists of him going there every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a duration of 4 hours.

• Kidney dialysis is the process of removing excess water, solutes, and toxins from the blood in people whose kidneys can no longer perform these functions naturally. This is referred to as renal replacement therapy.

Our main goal is for him to obtain a kidney/pancreas transplant in the upcoming months. We have no set date, but I will update as soon as we do.

Michael unfortunately will not be able to work through this whole process resulting in a big loss of income for our family. Later down the road after his transplants, life can somewhat go back to normalcy. However, I currently only work the weekends because I have 3 children to care for. If you know me, I do not like to ask for help. I realize at this moment that I am not asking for donations for myself, but for my 3 little babies. I really want to be able to provide for my family and fiance. I will, but that process also takes time. 

So at this time, I am asking for any kind of donation your heart can give, small or big. It is going to go towards our mortgage, utilities, and food for the next couple weeks/months until I can come up with a plan. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
