CALM is a charity who supports people in all stages of their life. One in five of us will have suicidal thoughts in our lives.

“When you’re struggling, you often can’t see a way out. You see suicide as the only option. But we know it’s not. We know there’s always a reason to stay.

That’s why our mission is to help people end their misery, not their lives.”

CALM is a very important charity to me. When I was at the lowest point of my life I was recommended to contact CALM and I can honestly say their services saved my life. With that being said, I want to show my appreciation and gratification by giving something back to them.
