Hi, my name is Migle, and I'm fundraising for my sister, Ugne. She was unexpectedly diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

My sister is only 18 years old, full of life, passion, and ambition. She’s currently in studying neuroscience at University of Southern California, with dreams of one day helping others through research and medicine. She’s always been the kind of person who lifts everyone around her, curious, compassionate, and fiercely determined. As her sister, it breaks my heart to watch someone so full of life and promise face something so cruel and unexpected.

This diagnosis came out of nowhere. We had no time to prepare, emotionally or financially. Between hospital bills, treatment costs, medications, and travel to specialist appointments, the expenses are quickly piling up.

We’re doing everything we can as a family, but we need help.
