Why would a person want to separate a father from his son? Especially a father who is stalwart, loving, compassionate and fully invested in his child’s well-being. If you have ever met Tim, and seen him engaged with his son Zain, this is that guy. Zain is his world.

Unfortunately, Tim is at risk of losing this priceless relationship with his son. Father’s rights are so much more difficult to define and defend. Tim is facing this reality. This is our chance to help a good dad hang to the rights that he deserves.

As some of you may know, I’m involved in a lengthy custody battle for Zain, which has now become quite costly. These things are never easy, and it takes time and money to get to a place that will benefit both parties. My wish is to retain my rights to see my son and maintain a healthy relationship with him.

With my recent job loss and these mounting court responsibilities—my attorney’s fees, a large percentage of Zain’s Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) fees, and therapy costs—I am in a tough financial situation. My personal funding doesn’t come close to the financial backing the opposing side has from multiple sources.

To ensure that I am able to continue receiving top representation for Zain, I am reaching out to you for help. I may lose representation before our court date, thus losing all this positive momentum that we have earned up until now.
