Help Us Move!!!

This is not an easy thing to do but, we are kind of desperate and need help fast. We are a family that believes in karma and we try to do good for others when we can and now we hope it comes back our way.

We need help moving. The house we rent currently is in disrepair with an owner who has no interest in fixing anything. Half of our electrical doesn't work in the house, and there are serious plumbing issues that are compounded by a 60 foot dead tree in our front yard(which had a yellow jacket nest at its base 2 years ago nd my entire family was attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets while we attempted to decorate our front yard for Halloween.) We were all stung multiple times. We informed the landlord what happened and were told that he would "pour some kerosene" in it despite the trees roots causing issues with the plumbing lines to the street. Nothing was done and then a couple days later we were told to just pour some kerosene in it ourselves, at our expense. That dead tree STILL stands. He walks past this dead tree every month to collect his rent. We are mentally exhausted with our current house and it's state of disrepair. We love our neighborhood and the schools our 2 special needs children go to. We don't want to leave the neighborhood.

And with some help, we won't have to.

We have been approved for a house right down the street from ours. Much better condition and everything works and the owner actually takes care of the property. Both of our kids could remain in the schools they are at, particularly our 8 year old autistic son who has a great team working with him at his school to overcome his developmental delays.

Simply put, we need help and fast. We need to come up with security deposit and first month's rent fast before the house goes on the rental market and we are back at square one.

We know things are rough for everyone right now. We are not special. We are just hoping the good karma we have put out comes back to us. This was not an easy thing to start but it would change our lives moving into a place where everything worked.

Humbly, we are asking for help. It would change our lives for the better in so many ways.
