Hey friends & family,
As most of you know. Robert has been fighting relentlessly for custody of his two daughters, and his Father's rights over the past few years. Let me tell you... Its been one hell of a fight. Between the court errors, lack of follow through, and major delays between hearings to the mother's blatant disregard for the law, court orders, and most importantly, the children's best interest. We have encountered our worst nightmare. Through it all Robert has managed to maintain his composure, his professionalism, and his steadfast dedication to see this through. The love, and the emotion this man shows for his children can only be rivaled by his effort to protect them. So we fight, and we will continue to do so until those girls are home safe where they belong.
As of today the children's mother is still violating the court order by withholding them from Robert. Purely out of selfishness & jealousy. She has a history of mental, physical and emotional abuse (well documented) she and the environments that she puts them in are extremely toxic. She is causing so much damage to these children. It has now been a year since the last time he has seen them. He is working diligently with the district attorneys office to persue criminal charges but unfortunately, it is a slow process. At this point his children cannot afford to wait any longer for the state to take action. We have done everything we can do to properly document all Parental Alienation, abuse and violations via police reports/CPS. Now that the case has officially been transfered to Stanislaus County (where the children currently reside) it's time to file motions for custody/contempt, but that's where the problem lies. We can't attack this without a lawyer and we have depleted our savings with the last two attorneys/court fees and the children's mother has managed to modify support while withholding the children. That's right, she has been rewarded for her criminal behavior and awful parenting with a support order of over 2k a month!
As most of you know Robert is a Marine Corps Veteran who served in Afghanistan. He risked his life to serve his country, and to keep our families safe from harm. His family is now in harms way and in need of our help. Let us now protect his.
No Father or Veteran should ever have to go through this! It is absolutely heartbreaking!
Update..
I originally created this without Robert's knowledge because he would never agree to it nor would he ever ask anyone for help, But I've since made him aware, and he's willing to swallow his pride for his children. I just want to help lift some weight off of his shoulders & let him continue focusing on the fight & not the financial burden.
We are exhausted & emotionally drained but we are not giving up! These girls need their father & deserve to know what it's like to be in a safe, loving, normal home.
