Carlos Velasquez

On the day of December 23, 2022 my father Carlos Velazquez was rushed to hospital by ambulance due to symptoms of a stroke, later after being in the hospital for a couple days was diagnosed with a blood clot in the brain, and went through a surgery to try to fix the issue whiling he was recovering he then caught the flu, pneumonia, urinated infection & signs of kidney failure. Even after all that my dad kept fighting these sickness but eventually caught two strokes after that my father had damage in his brain due to the two strokes. Unfortunately after pushing through the strokes he was finally getting better but due to the strokes lost his speech & movement to the right side of his body. He eventually had to be put on a feeding tube but due to the blood clot in his brain he was on blood thinners & wasn’t able to get off the medication and was forced to go under surgery on blood thinners to prevent more strokes to occur, which was very risky. After what looked to be my father getting better after one month of being in the hospital my fathers heart stopped and had to be resuscitated (was gone for 20 min) and lost

A lot of oxygen to his brain which left doctors no choice but to have us decide with leaving him and our family to prepare for the worst but pray for the best. My father is currently still fighting for his life.

My dad was unfortunately couldn’t make it had to see him go on February 8, 2023 which broke my heart into pieces. Can everyone just continue to share and spread the word thank you.
