Let’s help Papo!

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out with a hopeful heart to ask for support on behalf of two of the most selfless people I know—my dear aunt and uncle.

My uncle has been battling a degenerative disease for the past 3 years, while also undergoing dialysis three times a week. This alone is an incredibly tough road—but on top of it, he's endured two surgeries just this just this year, spending over 30 days in the hospital during his last stay and now facing another extended hospitalization.

Through it all, my aunt has been his rock. She was supposed to retire two years ago, but she continues to work full time to ensure he receives the best care possible. She never complains. She never asks for help. Every ounce of her energy goes toward making sure he's okay.

But I see the toll it’s taking on her—physically, emotionally, and financially. The constant back and forth between work and the hospital, the emotional burden of watching someone you love suffer—all of it adds up.

So I'm stepping in to ask for something she never would: help.

If people can create GoFundMes for pets (and I say that with love), I believe we can come together to support two incredibly deserving humans. Even a small donation can help ease the pressure just a bit—maybe help cover transportation, medical bills, or simply give my aunt the chance to breathe.
