Hurricane Melissa, a powerful Category 5 storm, has left widespread devastation across Jamaica. My name is Thalia, and I was born and raised in Westmoreland, Jamaica. The island that raised me and a place filled with countless memories and joy has been deeply impacted, and I’m committed to giving back to the community that shaped me.
