Helping out our girl Stevie

Hello!

I made this GoFundMe for my niece, Stevie Lynn Curtin.

Last year when we started this Go fund me we were fortunate to raise, $4780.00.

Now that the cancer has returned, we decided to just keep using this one instead of starting a new one.

Hello again,

We are sad to report that though Stevie was in remission in February, her cancer has indeed returned. She is staying positive and ready to keep fighting and even okay with losing her hair again lol, but unfortunately as much as she hates to ask, she does need some financial assistance again.

She has been on disability but getting it extended has proven to be hurdle after hurdle and even while receiving it, it is barely enough to pay her current bills and expenses. And now, it will get even tighter as she will be going through STEM CELL TRANSPLANT at Stanford Medical Center. During this time she cannot get sick which is tricky because they will be taking her T-Cells (They cells responsible for fighting off sicknesses) and then giving her chemo before returning her cells to her three weeks later.

While this is going on, she will be in and out of the hospital and not able to leave the “safe zone” which is the San Francisco Bay area/Palo Alto area. Stevie lives about 1-2 hours away from this and will have to pay for housing for her and her caretaker while not in the hospital. It’s about a month of housing, while also having her normal bills and then travel expenses.

She wouldn’t ask unless she needed to and we just want to give our girl less to worry about as she focuses on kicking cancer’s butt once again. We appreciate anything you can contribute.
