Help Empower Young Women in Kenya!

Hi, I’m Tanya, and I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been selected as a 2025 Cigna Community Ambassador Fellow! This incredible opportunity allows me to volunteer with Elimu.ca in Kenya for three months, where I’ll be helping young women become self-sufficient entrepreneurs. By providing sewing equipment and training, we can create sustainable businesses in communities where clothing shops are scarce, offering a reliable income source for these women.

But that’s not all. During my time in Kenya, I also want to support younger girls in rural areas by providing hygiene kits. These washable and reusable kits enable girls to attend school without interruption, helping them reach their full potential.

To make this possible, I need your help. Your generous donations will allow me to bring as many leakproof period underwear and dental hygiene items as possible. My goal is to provide kits to 50 girls, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.
