Justice For Morgan

Every hero’s story is characterized by their determination to face & overcome the incredible odds stacked against them at the beginning of their journey. Will they become a victim of their circumstances? Or will they surmount those challenges & experience transformation, becoming an inspiration to others?

My oldest daughter Morgan is such a hero in the making, in need of support.

As many of you know, she has had a 13 year battle against a chronic drug addiction that has led to homelessness in the freezing cold, going hungry for days & on several occasions resulted in being resuscitated from the brink of death.

We are happy to report that today she is 2 years clean & sober! She’s ready to come back home to regroup & launch back into the world free of addiction & prepared to build a future, with a CLEAN RECORD!

However, the day after we booked her flight for August 30, she received a summons to court involving an incident that occurred when she was at the worst of her addiction. In fact, the very day this incident occurred, she ended up in the hospital, & made a vow to leave that lifestyle once & for all.

Because of the seriousness of the charges, we wanted to help her hire an attorney so that this chapter in the story can finally come to an end, and she can become the hero & inspiration to others she was always meant to be. We believe true justice is not just punitive, but also, & especially: RESTORATIVE. **This is a beautiful opportunity for restorative justice in the life of Morgan & in my family**
