family needs help rebuilding their home.

Hi, my name is Kim and I'm fundraising for my brother and his beautiful family and sick father in law being left in a home that was destroyed by a conman builder.

May 2021, they hired a builder to build and extention on their house to accommodate their sick father, to be able to give him his own facilities, a washroom and bedroom.

The builder started the work but little did they know what was going to happen. they had paid the builder majority of there budget for materials, wages and a windows and doors.

After some time, The builder started making excuses as to why he couldn't come to continue the work. He left the house with no living area, no kitchen and no way of keeping the house warm as the entire back of the house had been left open. Their dad is living in the front room and got more sick with infections due to the temperature of the house. The only reason the house was standing was because it was attached to the neighbour.

They were all eating dinner and working on their beds and cooking dinner in the garden shed on a camping stove.

After months of going through court, costing more money, this builder declared bankruptcy and they lost almost all of their money they had for the project. The builder took 10s of 1000s of pounds from this poor family that just want to accommodate their sick father so they could care for him 24/7 and be with his family.

My brother worked every minute around his job and taught himself to rebuild as much as he could. They have used everything they had to seal up the house, but due to their dad getting sicker, they are desperate to have a washroom and bedroom build for him.

If anyone in any way can help this family rebuild their home for their 3 young chidren and dad, it would be greatly appreciated.
