May is Mental Health Awareness month - and we feel passionate about bringing this community together to shed light on this (sometimes) taboo topic.

Our feelings toward Mental Health are… STRONG! We love what exercise can do for not only your body, but your brain too! We also know that sometimes mental health can be more complicated than just pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and reserving your favorite workout class.

We’ve carefully thought about how we can really make an impact in our community as a whole. The Family Community Resource Center, located within our Camas School District, helps assist local families & students during hardships. Mental Health is a holistic approach - and we feel compelled to pull our resources together to help our neighbors right here in Camas!

The FCRC helps allocate funds for one-time rental assistance during hardships, for transportation needs that ensure student school attendance, for small monthly support for students who are living on their own in the district, for groceries and hygiene products, clothing and school supplies.

HELP US, HELP OUR COMMUNITY, AND MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR OUR 2ND ANNUAL CLIMB-A-THON SATURDAY, MAY 17TH TO RAISE MONEY AND AWARENESS! WE’RE CLIMBING FOR A CAUSE RISE TRIBE! YA’LL KNOW WHAT TO DO!!

May 17th 7:00am - 1:00pm... someone will always be climbing (at your own pace)! Revive Chiropractic and Pineapple Xpress Juice Bar will be there too!! We'll have music going, drinks, and of course incredible energy!! It’s encouraged for anyone who climbs to make a suggested donation of $20 to our GoFund me page. People can also get pledges from their friends or family! How many feet can you climb in 30 minutes?!!

Booking window will open the Sunday prior, like normal. Bring your friends, family members, spouse, co-workers... the more the merrier folks!
