The Biotech CEO Sisterhood has been a growing community, now including ~400 women. We hold events all over the country and virtually. Our Slack channel provides a venue to share best practices and ideas. Our movement is inspiring many.

As we grow we are bringing on some administrative help to organize our efforts and take things to the next level. We have formed a 501(c)3 and have an interim executive director on board.
