Justice for Nicci
On September 26, 2021, DeZahn Niccole “Nicci” Whitmore was killed by a drunk driver while on her way to work. The mother of 6 was a driven, loving, caring and funny individual. She served in the US Army but didn’t serve long enough to get full benefits. All she ever wanted to do was buy a home for her and her children and unfortunately her death happened right after she started her process to do so. Almost a year later and her children, family, and friends never received any peace or justice. She still don’t have a headstone so going to see her is an emotional and overwhelming task. Any help for the family would be greatly appreciated.
