Support a Single Mom's Fight for Her Son

I am a single mother with 3 children. My son is battling lupus and other immune disorders. Between doctor's appointments 4 hours away and my car breaking down, my job isn't being understanding and I'm at my breaking point. My children are my world. My son suffers daily from his lupus. Unfortunately, this journey is just beginning and seems like it'll be a long one. I know God will watch over us; now we just need some worldly support.
