African American Youth Travel Program

The African American Youth Travel Program is an established NPO in Japan and 501(c)(3) in the USA. We established our organization March 18, 2014 in Japan and December 2014 in the USA.

EIN NUMBER: 472675897

For the past 5 years we have succsessfully ran our study abroad program.  We would like more funds so that we can bring larger groups to Japan yearly.  Our goal for 2018 is th bring 6 High School Freshman to Japan.  That would change our budget from 5000$ per year to 15,000$ per year.

Let's diversify the voices of our global future together.

"African American Youth Travel Program (AAYTP) is a non-profit organization established to broaden the horizons and opportunities of African American youth."

Our goal is to reach out to every single African American Youth and open their eyes to their potential.
We seek to strengthen the future of our planet by ensuring that there is diversity in the voices heard.
We will accomplish our mission by giving African American youth a chance to explore the world starting in Japan.  We facilitate an experience that most children, or even adults,  from low income, high risk area's are not experiencing.
Through travel these youth will have the chance to explore their own inner voice and reflect on the infinite resources available to them.
