Janelle, Jake, and Nichole have been so grateful for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers from all the people who have been following along with this journey. We’re learning more every day but we know that the road ahead is going to be a long one and they feel so lucky to be surrounded by so much love - it makes such a difference!

As you’ve been following along many of you have reached out to them and family members asking how to support financially as the family has been figuring out what the next few weeks and months of healing will mean not only for Jim but for the whole family.

Right now that has meant paying for hotels to be near the hospital and the cost of parking every day in downtown Minneapolis, many meals in the cafeteria and take-out as Jake, Janelle, and Nichole have been staying nearby around the clock. As the recovery process continues, the family will need to make decisions about work and lodging to stay close to and support Jim - this will likely mean additional costs.

Please feel no obligation or pressure - it is just a way to stay organized for those who’ve offered this kind of support.
