UCDVO & The MOEI Education Project, Cambodia

Hi everyone. My name is Mike Collins. I'm a second year EMS student at University College Dublin.

This summer, I will be travelling to Cambodia alongside UCDVO in collaboration with the MOEI Project. A project set up to give English-language education to migrant children and adults along the MOEI river.

All volunteers, must raise a minimum of €1,850. The first €900 being due for March 31st!

This money does not include the cost of the flights or vaccinations. I will be paying for these myself.

Any funds raised in excess of €1,850 must be allocated towards the running of UCDVO's programmes and cannot be used for my personal use.

This money is raised to support UCDVO, MOEI, and volunteers in their efforts to assist in teaching English as a second language to students attending local free community schools to a range of different ages. Classes will be taught alongside a Cambodian teacher following a set curriculum.

As part of my fundraising for this project I will be hiking the four provincial peaks of Ireland, starting with Slieve Donard on the 2nd of March.
