This is my brother Ryan Goodrich, he is 19 years old and currently serving active duty in the Navy. We grew up on Summers Ave in Streetsboro, OH and he just graduated last year. Sadly on Saturday we received a call that he was injured.

He is currently in the ICU Burn Unit with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the majority of his

body.

He underwent surgery yesterday morning and the burns were deeper than what they thought.

As of now, there's no answers as

to why or how. It is still under active investigation and questions cannot be answered at

this time.

He is resilient, tough, and determined to heal as quickly as possible to continue serving.

As of right now my parents are in California helping my brother as he heals.

Although the Navy is taking care of all the medical expenses for Ryan they can not cover lost wages for my parents to pay bills.
