Hey, my name is Adam and in June I will be looking to complete a 100km challenge through the Lake District and raising money to support a local charity - Primal instinct.

Primal help to support men and show that mental health matters, providing a safe space for men to come together with walk & talk sessions, river dips, Wrekin walking challenges, online sessions, talking circle etc

My brother Ricky was one of the founding members of primal Instinct and something he was very passionate about and this is another reason I wish to raise money, supporting this great charity which is growing and only going to get bigger and better.
