I'm a 54 year old wheelchair using veteran who was injured in service in the early 90s,

Over the last ten years I've helped to raise over £500,000 for charities doing over 80 challenges using my arms by handcycling, swimming, kayaking and wheelchair pushing.

I'm just getting back into training after falling out of my chair last year and causing significant damage to my shoulder.

2026 is on its way bringing new challenges im feeling much better both mentally and physically and am aiming to handcycle mount etna in august next year as well as other challenges during the year
