I'm a 54 year old wheelchair using veteran who was injured in service in the early 90s,

Over the last ten years I've helped to raise over £500,000 for charities doing over 80 challenges using my arms by handcycling, swimming, kayaking and wheelchair pushing.

I'm just getting back into training after falling out of my chair last year and causing significant damage to my shoulder.

Onwards and upwards on 14th September im hoping to become one of a small number of hand cyclists completing the London to Brighton ride before heading into the winter season
