Hi, my name is Aina, I have been living, raising my family, and working in Ireland for the last 18 years;
on behalf of my cousin Bahytjan and his wife Asiya, I am asking for help! They are from Kazakhstan and urgently fundraising for their ill 11-year-old son Daniyal. Please read their story:
Dear Sir/Madam,
The parents of Daniyal (Dani) Zhunusov, born on April 16, 2011, are turning to you with a request for financial assistance in paying for treatment for blood cancer (acute lymphoblastic leukemia), bone marrow transplantation, and surgery to remove metastases.
Daniyal is a very cheerful, sociable, smart, and intelligent boy with a good sense of humor. He is an excellent student and won prizes in mathematics competitions. He is interested in history and sciences. He is very well-liked and respected among his friends.
To our great regret, his carefree childhood turned into a struggle with a terrible disease when he was diagnosed with leukemia in April 2021. For us parents, it was like a nightmare, and our whole life turned upside down in an instant.
We completed a full course of long-term treatment at the National Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery in Almaty from April 2021 to December 2021. Daniyal went into remission and underwent regular monitoring and was on maintenance chemotherapy. On October 31, 2022, during the weekly control tests, it was found that he had a relapse (recurrence) of the disease. Now he needs chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, and surgery to remove metastases.
We urgently took him for treatment in Turkey, as we want to do everything possible to save the life of our child. Treatment in Turkey is expensive and the amount is too much for our family. We put our property up for sale and borrowed money, but this amount is still not enough to fully cover the amount for the treatment.
We ask you to understand our situation and we hope for your kindness and compassion. Now any help is important to us.
Please help us save Daniyal and give him a chance to live!
Sincerely,
Father - Bahytjan
Mother - Assiya
Thank you!
