Hi my name is Addie and I"m a proud mother of two boys, living in Papua New Guinea.

I'm 47 years old and every day I work hard selling eggs and homemade food to my community to support my sons' education and basic needs.

Life is hard in PNG but despite many challenges, I've managed to purchase a small piece of land-a huge achievement I never thought possible. Now my dream is to build a simple, safe house for my family. A place where we can sleep peacefully, where my boys can study, without fear.

I have always lived with other people in their houses, so this will at last be a place we can finally call "home". We are doing everything we can with the little we earn, but the cost of building materials is far beyond what I can afford alone. That's why I'm reaching out for help.
