Join Me in Supporting ECTA!
I’m beyond grateful to have won a Boston Marathon Invitational Entry through ECTA, and I want to celebrate this milestone by giving back. ECTA works tirelessly to keep the beautiful trails of Essex County open and accessible for everyone. Their mission is vital: to promote responsible use of trails, pathways, and access rights in our beautiful towns. These trails connect us to nature and each other, creating a thriving community for everyone.
My Journey
My journey toward completing all six Abbott World Marathon Majors began in 2022, when I ran the New York City Marathon with Nicole Jacob. Berlin came next, where I set a personal record, shared an unforgettable experience with my fellow MRC runners, and qualified for Chicago.
But just a month before Chicago, everything changed—I was diagnosed with cancer. Surgery, recovery, radiation, and medication made training incredibly difficult, yet I never let go of my dream. Every time my body struggled, my mind reminded me that perseverance can carry you through anything.
London became my first race after recovery, and crossing that finish line was an emotional reminder that I was still capable of moving forward - physically, mentally, and in my journey toward six stars.
I hope my story encourages anyone chasing a big dream: don’t give up. There will be bumps, setbacks, and moments that test you, but you are stronger than you think. Keep going and you will get there!!
Boston Marathon—let’s do this together!
If you’d like to help ECTA continue their incredible work, please consider donating.

Thank you all for your love, encouragement, and support. It truly means the world to me!
Best,
