Help Reunite a Loving Father with His Daughter

We are trying to hire a family attorney to help us get our granddaughter back. My son had 50/50 custody, and all the paperwork was finished and signed by the judge. Last September, the mother decided to leave for Colorado without informing anyone. On my son's week, he went to pick up his daughter, and there was a realtor's lock on the door. For weeks, we didn't know what was going on until someone told us his ex was on TikTok and living in Colorado. Police were called, and we were told that it was a civil matter and to go through the courts. We called every three weeks for a welfare check, and finally, one police officer said that it was actually a felony what she is doing, and he would talk to the detectives. Detectives told him to just let the courts handle it. We've missed Christmas and her birthday as she just turned 4 in April. The courts are so backed up right now that we won't see a judge till August. We just need some help, please.
