We really want to have a child together. The problem is … Emil had a vasectomy 16 years ago.
We are raising money to still be able to have a child. There are two options. The easiest way is to do a surgical reversal of the vasectomy and hope for the best (chances of becoming pregnant is approximately 30-40%). The other option is to do TESA-ICSI IVF, which means taking out sperm directly from the testicle and then do an in vitro fertilization by needle. The success rate is higher, but the procedure costs more.
