Help a Single Mother Fix Her Car

I was involved in an accident. My hood mount busted while I was on the interstate in New Orleans during rush hour traffic and shattered my windshield. The condition of windshield and lack of rear view mirror is illegal, and glass is coming out. I am a single mother living on disability and do not have the funds to replace the windshield.
