Help with the basics!

A friend of mine and her family have been having a rough time getting back on their feet after some unfortunate circumstances caused them to lose their old home along with all of their belongings. They finally got into a new apartment, however it is completely empty. I am trying to help them get some basic supplies, and some furniture.  All I was able to help with was a bed, so that is literally the only furniture in the whole apartment. I would like to use any money raised to buy another bed, some living room furniture, table, etc.  Also some other basics like cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens (bedding & towels).  Anything helps and is greatly appreciated. I will post updates of how money raised is spent, and what we were able to get. Thank you so much in advance.
