Hey friends and family. I’m humbly asking for help to care for my mom after her cancer surgery. I’m happy to report that the surgery was successful but she needs a caregiver for a month post surgery. This entails cooking, paying bills, administering her medications including giving her a shot once a day for blood clot prevention. Red Rider just got up and running but being self employed and missing a month of work is a financial hardship- that I would do regardless. As you all know my mom is my heart. The money will be used to keep Red Rider afloat, rent, utilities and helping pay bills for my mom. I realize this is a rough time for all of us, and it’s Christmas so timing isn’t ideal, but if it were not an emergency, I surely wouldn’t do this. After she heals from this surgery, we are then facing the cancer on her lung. So it’s a long road ahead. Thank you so much for any help you can provide towards this care for my mom.
