Support Our Family After ICE Arrested Our Mom

I can’t even think of the words to start this. I was 5 years old when I first became aware of what my family mom had sacrificed for me to be here. My mom fought and was able to have the opportunity to raise me and raise 2 boys. She’s been a hard working woman since the day she stepped foot in this country and despite the propaganda she’s always paid her taxes on time, every ticket, every bill, everything.

This morning I received a gut wrenching phone call that my mom had been arrested and detained. No information was left on where they were taking her, why they were taking her, nothing. Left all of us all wondering where she could possibly be. And as I’m writing this I still don’t know where they have her to be honest with you guys. She was able to call and all we know is they are not treating her kindly. My heart dropped, I’ve always been aware of my reality but now it was at my door knocking once again. Having to answer questions and explain to kids why mom wasn’t there to pick them up from school, and why she won’t be around. Nobody deserves this treatment!
