Greg Donnally, a resident of Kenova, WV, depends on a scooter trike to get around town—whether it's to buy groceries or get to medical appointments. Greg is disabled and living on a fixed income, Greg relies on this scooter as a lifeline for his independence.
On Easter Sunday of this year, Greg’s scooter was stolen from his property in the early hours of the morning. His neighbor’s security camera caught footage of a van driving through the alley around 3:30 AM. Greg filed a police report and even identified the van later in town—but weeks have passed, and he has heard nothing from the police department about an investigation or the whereabouts of his stolen property.
With no other options and no assistance available, Greg had to purchase a new scooter trike using a credit card, totaling $2,500. Unfortunately, if he cannot pay off the balance within 90 days, the cost will balloon to $4,000 due to high interest rates.
Greg lives alone and is facing this burden without support. If you are able to help in any way, your donation will go directly toward covering the cost of the new scooter so Greg can maintain the independence that was taken from him.
Any amount helps, and your kindness is deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
