Hi, my name is Juan, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for our family.

On July 21, 2025, our dad was unexpectedly deported after being stopped by ICE agents on his way to work, leaving behind a devastated family including my stepmom and three young children who still desperately need him. This has completely turned our world upside down.

Since then, my stepmom has been doing everything she can to keep things together. She’s working tirelessly to support the kids and maintain some sense of normalcy for them, all while carrying the emotional and financial burden of trying to bring our dad home.

She’s currently struggling to cover the legal fees to fight his deportation and work toward reuniting our family. Lawyers are expensive, and every step of this process costs money we simply don’t have. Between food, rent, school, and basic needs for three children, it’s becoming impossible for her to manage it all alone.

We are asking for your support to help ease this burden and give our family a fighting chance. All donations will go directly toward legal expenses related to my dad’s case, including attorney fees, court costs, and any required documentation.

We know times are hard for everyone, but anything helps, whether it’s $5, $20, or simply sharing this campaign with others. We believe in hope, in justice, and in the power of community.

Please help us bring our dad home. Our family just isn’t whole without him. He’s no danger to society nor a criminal. Simply a father and husband going to work every day like he always would to provide for his family.
