I'm reaching out to my family, friends, and fellow San Jose community advocates to help me maintain legal custody of my son. Legal accusations have been made against me, stating that I'm an unfit mother incapable of making legal decisions for my son. I've been representing myself while obtaining resources from the local self-help center because I can't afford an attorney. I created this fundraiser so that I can obtain adequate legal representation for myself. I'm not sure what the total legal costs will be, but this is a start. I'm not an unfit mother, and I've been present with all aspects of his life since he was born. The photo above is of us in Tonga in 2018. It was a trip of healing and rejuvenation for us, and I'm genuinely grateful and appreciative of all the support that we've received from family in the US, NZ and Tonga.
