Birdie Marie Burrows

Siskin Children’s Institute Center for Developmental Pediatrics employees along with the McCullah & Burrows families and friends would like to honor the memory of our beloved Megan McCullah Burrows… wife, daughter, sister, friend, co-worker, and above all mommy to miracle baby Birdie Marie. Megan served as a Physician Assistant in Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics at Siskin Children's Institute since 2016. She was loved by all the children and families she served touching the lives of so many and making our world a better place.

We are all grieving the sudden loss of this beautiful, kind, caring young woman that was dedicated to her family, friends, and all the children and families she served. Megan and Michael celebrated the birth of sweet Birdie Marie on May 1, 2023. In Megan’s words, “She was preparing to love this little bundle of joy and was overwhelmed by how enormous that love is”

Many joys will be celebrated with Birdie Marie and we are establishing this GoFundMe to support Birdie and her family now and in the future days, months, and years to come as a token from those who love Megan and the McCullah & Burrows families in the midst of this overwhelming loss.

Birdie will carry a piece of Megan’s heart throughout her life as we all know a mother’s love is “enormous” and no matter the distance or situation that separates them that love is eternal.
