Please help me bless these kiddos❤️

Hi, my name is Lisa and I have been helping this sweet family of children for a couple of years now, and truly love them from the bottom of my heart! They lost their parents in an accident and the oldest child is caring for the five younger children, since I have been in their life, two children have died! They need a water filtration system. They have parasites and mites in their stomachs from the water. They need mosquito nets to keep the mosquitoes away.
