Support for my brother’s wife and kids

Hi everyone,

My name is Lorena, originally from Ecuador and living in Cairns. I’ve always loved helping others, but I never imagined I would find myself in a situation where I had to ask for help.

My brother Juan Carlos, 39 years old, husband and father of two beautiful children, was bravely fighting for his life in the ICU after developing severe pneumonia, respiratory complications, abdominal infection, and sepsis. Despite the doctors’ incredible efforts, he sadly passed away after surgery.

Our hearts are broken, and while we face the pain of this loss, we also continue to face the heavy medical and funeral expenses. We are keeping this campaign open to support his wife and two young children during this extremely difficult time.
