Joseph Sanchez

Dear 111 CPN community,

Many of you know our building's original handyman, Joseph Sanchez, of 14 years at 111 Central Park North Condominium and are aware of his joyous presence and loyalty to the building and its residents. Several health crises forced Joe to retire prematurely this year. His insurance policy’s disability payments are much lower than the income he'd relied on to support his wife and adult autistic son. Would you please find it in your heart to be generous with a donation to help cover some of the income gap Joe faces until his Social Security Disability benefits commence in a few months?
