50Km in September

This September, I'm running 50K for Our Dementia Choir.

I'm hoping to raise as much as I can to help such an amazing charity. The work they do for those living with dementia and their carers is unparalleled.

When I was younger I was a carer for my Nanna who had dementia and I wish that there had been more support for me. So, I'm doing this challenge in the hopes of raising some money to help the carers and the members of Our Dementia Choir.
