My mom Bobbi Weishaar, age 44, has a degenerative heart disease and has about 2 years to live.

She wants to take a last family trip before her quality of life declines further. I'd like for her to be able to have her dream vacation, Hawaii.

She's had medical issues since very early in her life and doesn't have the money to make such a big dream come true, but with some help, her family wants to make this a memorable last family trip.

The funds would go towards air fare and a hotel room for the family to share.
