Raising money for Great Ormond street
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Rachel and for a long time I have been wondering how I can give back to a hospital so close to my family’s heart. I will be fundraising on behalf of Great Ormond Street Hospital and all donations will be going to them ❤️
Our hearts were shattered when Paul died. Paul was my older brother. At just 15 years old, Paul was a vibrant and irreplaceable part of our family, leaving us far too soon.
Paul was truly one of a kind – a wonderful mix of funny, mischievous, kind, and thoughtful. He had an infectious laugh and a playful spirit that could brighten any room. He absolutely loved sports and gaming, always up for a challenge or a late-night session. I'll always cherish the memory of that one Christmas Eve when we managed to stay up all night, much to our parents' dismay – but to our endless amusement. It was just one of countless moments where Paul's mischievous grin and our shared laughter filled the house.
While Paul bravely lived with both an underlying heart condition and epilepsy, he never let his health define him. He faced every day with incredible courage, always finding joy and making the most of every moment. His sudden passing has left an unimaginable void in our lives and in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
I have created this GoFundMe to raise money for the incredible hospital that helped and supported my family through the toughest time. Any support you can offer, whether it's a donation or simply sharing Paul's story, would mean the world to my family.
Thank you for your kindness, your thoughts, and for helping us honour the memory of our incredible Paul.
As I am on my personal healthier journey I am promising myself that I want to collectively run/jog for 60 miles in thirty days. The most important thing is that I can raise some money for an incredible charity and hospital. Please give what you can, everything donated will and can change a child’s life.
All money raised will go towards groundbreaking research, cutting-edge medical equipment, and the building and refurbishment of child-centred facilities.
