Help Parents Overcome Financial Hardship

Hello everyone. I am making this GoFundMe specifically for my mom and dad. It has just come to this point. The point no parent wants their own children to have to get to, but sadly it just has.

My parents have tried their very best to make ends meet since last year in November. That was the last time my dad has worked a decent paying job. The winter/holiday months usually do this every year in his field of work, but he typically has jobs lined up after those couple of months of no work. This year that did not happen. First time ever.

He works independently doing rehab, renovation, and restoration work. He has for 45 years. He has tried reaching out and giving estimates, but nothing as of yet, and it is now the middle of May. My mom works cleaning houses, and her income has been keeping the lights on, but barely. They are now at a point where they are behind and worried about how the next month’s bills will all be paid. Her income is just not enough, and their savings have been gone. They also do not have health insurance, so every doctor visit comes out of pocket. So all of this has made it to where they have had to neglect their own health, which also worries me.

I am hoping to raise enough funds for one month of their bills to get them in a position where they are not behind at least. I know that it’s hard right now for a lot of people. So, only if you are able, even if it’s just a dollar, it would mean so much to me, and I know it would mean the world to them. Thank you all so much
