A fence to foster!

Hi!

We are Steve and Patty Ragsdale, and we need your help to fund a fence that will allow us to foster two amazing sisters. Due to a shortage of foster homes, these sisters had to be separated. We want them reunited, and we want them with us.

We have applied for foster care licensing with DHR, but because our home does not currently have a fence, we cannot unite these wonderful girls (age 15 and 8) in our home. We are in a holding pattern until the fence is built. We need the fence to allow us to embrace these girls into our family in a safe, stable, permanent home. Due to Covid and the escalation of materials, funding the fence has been challenging. We are going to build a fence, approximately 10 feet long, with a gate. It will cost us approximately $1,500. We have found an excellent fencing company ready to start work with materials on hand.

Any amount of assistance you can provide will allow us to bring these two wonderful sisters back into a home together, with people who love them, and change their life trajectory.
